Meet new friends

27th June 2009 - Saturday (Part 2)

Got back home and straight away went to bed after a nice and long cold shower~ Woke up at 7pm and watched Shin Chan and Doraemon on NTV7~

I went to meet up with a friend at USJ to ask him bout my project's Malay translation~ He's the only person i can think of with good English and Malay~ So my project's done and then I was introduced to their friend named H~

Quite a good looking guy that i dont mind staring at him the whole night LOL! Just a little bit quiet ><>_<

Anyways, today's meeting was really nice~ I learnt alot new things from him (and met new good looking guy LOL)~ Each time i meet him I learnt something new, its like going out drinking with my bos~

Went back home at 130am~ So tired T_T

Go Green Treasure Hunt

27th June 2009 - Saturday

Go-Green Hunt

Slept at 3am woke up 5am ~_~ One of the rules was to wear a green T-shirt~ Last night i went to Subang Parade just to buy the polo green T for 30 bucks~ Looks really cute with a soft apple green color with small little cherry on the left side~

PP and Ping came to my hse around 620am~ The road was so quiet and dark~ Sleepy T_T~ We reached MGS Brickfields around 645am and meet up with Chong~ All of us rushed to the LRT to Taman jaya padang~

Reached the padang around 710am~ Thought we were late and we didnt expect to see SO MANY people there!

The hunt starts at 815am sharp and will be ending at 1215am sharp~ 4 hours for us to hunt~ Everyone was so excited and started guessing the answer as soon as we got the question sheets~ When it was time for everyone to move, SO MANY green monsters ALL move together (the kiasu ones) like green buffalos charging towards the LRT~ We chose the smart way by going later and not be sandwich among the rest of the monsters~ So we sat down and start to think of the posible answer for those questions~

As we moved, Chong with her brilliant brain found the first answer~ I'm pretty sure thats the answer as it~

Our task was to solve the riddles where there are hidden meanings to the words~ Eg : Liverpool = KOC, S = South, Mom = mama/mummy/ma, mendandan = saloon/barber/beauty centre and so on~ 25 questions are given and these 25 answers are all along the way to our destination~ Like for example, Destination A - B has 5 stops in between, so there will be 5 questions~ Each stop (or along the way) are the answers for it~ The answers are signboards / signs on building but not on advertisements~ Like Restaurant Maria, Klinik Sutra, etc~ So we need to stop one by one at each station and write down the shop names~

We even need to buy back 3 items for the treasure hunt and bring back to them as "treasures"~ One was Sabah Tea, 2nd was the wooden spoon, and third was a paper bag~ These 3 questions for the items are easy to solve as the riddle are kinda straight forward~

From Taman jaya all the way to KL Central to take Monorail and from there all the way back to Brickfields MGS~ And we need to stop ONE BY ONE at each station~ It was Saturday and the train is already packed~ Plus this event, its even more packed ~_~

By the time we reached our last quest stop, everyone was looking tired and exhausted from the run and brain-storming~

We head back to the school and there were more Green monsters~

The ending point where everyone was looking so horrible and terrible and tired and "I WANT MY REST / I WANT THE FIRST PRIZE" look =x

First prize of the hunt : RM3,000

Second prize of the hunt : RM2,000

Third prize of the hunt : RM1,000

Not sure wads the prizes for Consolations but he did mention its vouchers and stuff like that~

Makan time~ Everyone was queing for the food

Looking at the food i felt very jit doh ~_~ Everything was made from recycle stuff, including the container to put our rice and spoon~ AND ITS VEGGIE! HOW CAN I SURVIVE WITHOUT MEAT!!! Seriously, that meal, is bad and eat = no eat cos it doesnt fill up MY tummy T_T~ And the spoon went bit soft and geli after kuah on the rice~ =_=lll

And they looked happy T_T I NEED PROPER FOOD!!!

We need to wait till 4pm till they announce the winners~ Everyone was slacking...

I bought THIS in order to support the WWF Malaysia~ I love animals~ So hopefully my little support can help a little bit =P

Couldnt wait any longer~ I didnt wanna sleep cos i know once i sleep when i wake up, i'd be in bad mood and dont wanna move my ass~ My eyes kept telling me "SLEEP LAR U DUMB ASS! WE'RE TIRED!!!" and my mind kept telling my eyes "DONT SLEEP LAR! IF YOU SLEEP YOU'D REGRET!" T_T

So we left at 2pm++ and went to eat DURIAN! Omg the durian was really thick and nice~ I'm not durian lover but i had to admit this is good and the seeds are small~ I only had a few biji~ Too much of it i'd feel jelak >_<

Then we went home...

Thats the end of The Go-Green Treasure Hunt for today~ But not the end of my day =) I will post more but that would be my 2nd post =P

Lesson to learn

24th June 2009 - Wednesday

Suppose to go to S-Class with V but I had a rough day today~ Decided not to go and just wanna go back and rest~ So many things to rush to client T_T DEADLINES!!!

Suddenly i asked her "Hey, lets go for a dinner at Nash's place~ Not a bad place~ It's raining now and something spicy would be good~ His prawn mee is yummy~"

And we went to nash's place~ Had 1 bowl of prawn me AND 1 bowl of asam laksa =P It's good! Altho the asam laksa is not really my type of asam laksa but the prawn mee was good~ I'd recommend frens to go there if i can~

At that place I got to knw nash's wife; Yvonne~ She's a really really nice lady and a funny lady~ It's really really nice to know her and best of all, i skipped S-class to come here and get to know more people~ And the best part is, Nash taught me a whole lot of things regarding designs and advertising~ He was once in advertising line and he really taught me alot~ As in seriously~

I'd really wanna call him my guru if i can cos he inspired me alot (apart from my bos)~ And maybe cos we are both designer, so we get along very well cos we understand each other's language~ Not only that, Libras and Leos click very well =P

Skipped a beer for a lesson~ A good trade i shall say~

Chilled out night

22th June 2009 - Monday

Went to One Utama with my bos~ Had a meeting with one of the One Utama management side~ After the meeting we went to TTDI pub~ The place was really nice and much better thn the other pubs we went to~ A place where we can all chat without shouting and screaming over the top of our lungs lolx~

Here's the outside pub with a nice entrance~ keeping it for my project purpose =)

The other side of the fancy pub~ Oh, it even has a Foosball table~ Nobita (Nickname for him haha) came later on, so K, Nobita and me played foosball~ Cant even beat that pro even with 2 ppl vs against him dam~

People i met in the pubs are my client, client's friend, bos and colleague~

Anyways, after that we went to S-Class, another pub which owns by one of our client~ Nobita, bos and me went~ It's ALSO much better than the previous bars we went to except the fact people sing on the mic with out-of-tune voices =_=lll

Nobita taught me how to play Liar's Dice (or wadeva that name called)~ It was pretty hard to concentrate due to the loud and terible singing in the pub~ But i managed to play with the client and he was pretty funny guy~ I got the hang of the game IF there's 3-4 people~ Nobita was really nice being so patience to me T_T If its me i'd say "nvm other time lar" LOL~

Bos left earlier so left me and Nobita in the pub~ We chat for awhile and hang out with (wads the gal's name again?) the pink top girl~ She's really cute and nice haha~ And she liked me =x Cos im sweet and nice LOL!

So we left the pub around 230am and while in the car, Nobita told me bits bout his life and all and noticed we have the same channel~ There are alot things which i agree with and have alot in common with him~ Then he did invited me to go clubbing and yam cha with him~ He asked me to go sing K with him but I said i dont like to sing / talk in mic~ I can go but i sing without mic~

As for clubbing, i'd pretty much prefer to sit and just relax and enjoy~ And funny thing was, he does the same~ Most people i know enjoy by dancing and all~ Mine was just sitting down and chilling out~

We reached Subang and went for yamcha just at mamak opposite my house~ Chat and chat till 345am like that and he drove me home~ Mom wasnt happy bout it but i managed to escaped hehe~ He was a really nice friend to chat with~ Can talk bout anything and he gives the respon that i'm comfortable with~

Anyways, i'll be looking forward to meeting him again cos it would be nice to have a good friend like him =P
